How is he unproven? Did you actually watch any football last season? The kid was phenomenal and was voted as the best left back in the Premier League last season, being named in the PFA team of the year. I'd hardly call a full season of consistently playing well as being unproven. I'm with Matth on this, 25 million is a bargain for a player that is already the best in his position domestically at the age of 18

Pretty much this. It may turn out to be a bargain in eight or ten years time but right now it is far from being a bargain.

Apparently accourding to my source, weve signed him 3 or 4 times already.... subject to terms being agreed.... #agentmatth
Shall I translate the comment from page moss kopshite? The priority for Utd would be, "if he fulfills his potential and plays well consistently" But for you its if he doesn't get injured no matter how he plays. = I am peeved we have missed out on a quality player, and even worse, hes going to United. It seems page moss spends more time on the United board than he does on the Loserpool board
I couldn't give a toss if he goes to OT girl, you midtabler's need all the help you can get on the long haul back to the top. And if I didn't post on the Utd board you'd have no one to talk to girl.
