It was in this thread as it was a response to a comment in this thread.

I appreciate that he would probably get a lower score than Rosberg as things finished, but for someone on this thread to list him as their worst driver of the day and for him to be getting scores of 5 or 6 out of ten on the ratings thread makes no sense to me. For the first half of the race he was monstering Rosberg (having missed out in quali, granted) and ultimately lost out through mechanical failure. Not sure how that makes him the worst driver in the entire race.

Thanks BLS I didn't know there was no contact and that brake issue was separate. Misunderstood, sorry.

I totally agree, it seems strange to view him as the worse driver when he did very little (if anything) wrong.

Great race, glad Massa and Perez are OK but I think Chilton is getting a bit too much agro for his first real race mistake. OK so he is not blindingly fast and he is there because of money not purely on merit but he didn't make any rookie mistakes (in a race) till now. Yes he has now got the experience so he should have known better but 1 crash in 25 odd races isn't bad at all.

Hope the rest of the races are this eventful.

He put Maldonado in the wall last year in Monaco. If that's not a rookie mistake I don't know what is.

Best Driver: hmmmm, gonna say Button, 9th - 4th. Rosberg was tatty, even though he had a clear track, Ricciardo benefited hugely over Vettel from RBR's pit strategy, while Vettel drove better from Q3 onwards and was unlucky, still should've done better.
Worst Driver: Raikonnen, if he was a rookie people would be calling for his head, making Chilton look good lately.
Best Rookie (Magnussen, Kvyat, Ericsson): I guess Magnussen
    Best Team: RBR
    Worst Team: Sauber

    Best Overtake: Button double bubble
Funniest-moment: Edwards going mad that Massa was leading when he wasn't
Most Surprising Result: A non Merc victory
Least Surprising Result: Rosberg finishing in top two.

Special Mention to: Massa, had the pace for the podium I think.
    Race Rating: 9/10
