Kind of obvious what I mean by will be? Yep I think he will leave. Do you have to question everything?
Nothing is going to happen with players now until after the World Cup. Gives our new manager time to decide what/who he wants.
Could be, in which case, it would have been nice if someone mentioned it to the board, as it is clear they didn't know. But then again, they were probably ignoring the calls
I did call this a while back, along with Pochettino moving to us and Lallana wanting out. Although not boasting, just it was obvious all three wanted out and had their heart set on new clubs. It happens often with our players (who want moves) and you can usually use your sixth sense (if its working) to know which players want out.
http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/fo...Louis-Van-Gaal-eyes-Barcelona-star-Jordi-Alba Interesting even if only it is as accurate as the spelling in the headline!
I know buddy, just jesting as I'm usually met with sarcastic comments from "pass the football"! and that other poster who likes Spuds!
If he is looking at Alba (whether or not there's any possibility of that happening) as has been mentioned previously, it would make sense why there'd suddenly be some noise coming from Shaw/his agent. It's the equivalent of the kid at the back of the classroom manically waving his hand to answer a question......
Gee I'm sorry. I'm sure if I went on the spurs board and repeatedly said your best players are going to be sold I'd be given a hero's welcome.
Money..? United are going to have to pay very high wages indeed for the next few years, in my opinion. I think they are going to find out that the so-called biggest club in the world isn't as attractive as they think it is, so they are going to have to splash the cash, or build very slowly and sustainably. I think it was Danny Mills who accidentally stumbled over a wise thought when he said it could be up to 10 years before ManU win the title again. And he could be right. The other glamour clubs will get stronger in the meantime, while ManU build. I don't think they are going to find it easy at all. So I'm agreeing with you Beef.
Well sometimes the truth hurts Seriously though, I see no reason why Lallana and Shaw won't still be here next season. If we get stupendous offers, then maybe they will leave, but so far we haven't and currently it doesn't look like we're likely to.
You do have that in your favour, the high price being demanded but then left back is an area severely lacking in top prospects (or current top players) so I'll be surprised if Utd don't make a bid. Anyway I'm confident next season will still be an exciting one for saints (even after all this chaos) and hopefully we can also keep our top players (although we don't have many LOL).
Potential but thats all it is at the moment. A big plus is we have Lamela & Soldado, two complete flops so Pochettino has a chance to become a fairly instant hero by getting them performing and making Levy look like he never wasted the Bale money, but you don't want to hear about us. I'm not even thinking about it too much, just going to enjoy the world cup
