I like him. Also like the way Wrighty is so entertained by everything Chiles says. He's just giggling loudly at all his jokes. In fact I'm going to admit it, I like Chiles. There I said it. He's a laugh, and he's ideal for situations like this one and the one away at Poland a year or two ago where the roof wouldn't close.

We're judging him for things he did in a former life. That's fair, surely?

Anyone remember the Charlton game back at the start of last season?

    Much worse weather than this.

He's perfectly likeable in real life. I spent an evening with him a few years ago (we were in the same charity quiz team due to a mutual friend) and he was good value (admittedly it was back when he was a mere Farve Larve presenter).

    Childs is going down.

He won't last another 10 minutes.

If you can't stand the heat.......

I don't mind him as an entertainer, although half the time I find myself laughing at him rather than with him.

He did a good job on the One Show but he shouldn't be employed as a Football presenter. He's clueless in that regard.

    <laugh> Nice one Chiles.

"We have the stadium manager here"

    "I'm not the stadium manager"

    Imbecile.

Both of these made me giggle.

Not going to lie, i'm really enjoying this break. Loving watching all this incompetence.

The bloke who has talked the most sense has been the sodding ref.

Hodgson, the ref and that stadium bloke are the only three who have made sense.

Don't remember it being bad weather at all?

I thought you were going to say something about half our fans missing the first 75 minutes.

I thought he was ace on MOTD2 and made 2 Good 2 Bad worth staying up for with his observations.

He just said "Can you turn the air-con down, we're expiring here."

I can't help but think that Chiles just saw that lad in a sponsored poloshirt with a VIP necklace and assumed he was the stadium manager.

    You must be joking.

He was ****ing dire on MOTD2.

Chapman has nailed it. He's equally as funny during the 2 good 2 bad segment but he actually talks sense throughout.

I'm probably in a minority, but I didn't mind Colin Murray.

His talkSPORT show is probably the best thing on there.

    I agree with Lee Dixon's 11.

Would have Henderson man marking Pirlo, allowing Gerrard to dictate.

Can't believe all these different opinions and none of them include Wilshere. I thought we all wanted young, hungry, nippy players? Yet everyone's picking Lampard, Milner or Henderson in CM!

<laugh> He was so good the first time they've brought back the ref!
