    Ahhhh

    That means they are neighbours.

So the photo means nothing, potentially. The bit about shearer is just taken right out the article?!

You can usually cash out bets with Victor but not sure that includes transfer betting. Then again, it might still happen as Bruce is a huge fan!

I still think we are in for him , I would of thought sorting out his sons future takes top priority at the moment not going on a jolly with Bruce

Interesting development on Ashley Williams if anyone is interested? I understand you're in for him.

I think most of the prem clubs are in for him and you've tried to get in there first. Would be a very good signing for most teams IMO.

Nah mate, this suits both of us. Remember Micheal Chopra twitter outburst against Ashley Williams?

    http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/off-the...etes-twitter-after-chopra-threats_156882.html

Well this is because Ashley Williams is shagging his ex who lives in Durham! Rumour has it he want's to move north to be with her while Chopra gambles his life away<laugh>. Chopra is said to be a very angry jealous boy over this.

Anyway, this will rule out most premiership teams and puts us in pole position (being the nearest club and we've started the bidding process) but Hull and Newcastle will still be very much in the mix due to geographical location should you choose to make a move. Great news on how many clubs that have just been eliminated from the running and increases the chance of one of us signing him massively.

Funnily enough, Chopra tweeted this last night: "Ashley Williams moving to Sunderland #convenient"

Well that's not nailed on, the bitter little boy, we haven't had a bid accepted but hey, a very good centre half is nailed on to move to the North East, Only 3 suitors in that area. Game on lads, great news what with most of the league out of the running. <ok>

Now now, lets keep this friendly, we don't need to go into who's more attractive what with better stadium, better facilities, bigger crowds, richer history and who finished higher in the league. <whistle>:p

You will find that Steve Bruce and Paul Ince are more mates than SB and Mark Hughes are like.

Tom Ince would not cost anything like £8m ffs. He is out of contract at the end of this month. Tribunal time folks.
As Tom Ince has done very little in the game so far any compo will be low.

Agreed. But a token payment is required as Tom is under 23.

    100% Correct. ^^^^^ this.

SSN today say £4m but £5m is cheap for a player of Ashley Williams quality. What price half of the Welsh back 4 here next season then ?

    It is.

Have to say (for a change) that i agree with you.

I take it O'shea would be benched? The lad would make both teams stronger at the back no doubt

Wherever he goes, Hull, Sunderland or Newcastle he'll improve them. Personally mate, I'm counting the days until we're shot of O'Shea, he's absolute rubbish. He's going into his final year thank god.

The improved pulling power of Steve Bruce eh ? ;)

Come now. Dont forget that we beat you 3 games to 0 last season and you even failed to score a goal against us. :emoticon-0116-evilg
The pulling power of Steve Bruce and Europe should swing the deal for us...........maybe ? ;)

More likely to be Wes Brown imo.<whistle>

Ashley Williams would level Chopra into the ground if it came down to shirts off, skin-on-skin battle to the death.

Also he's a very good defender and would be very welcome here.

I can ignore everything else as I don't need to remind you that even with last season your record against us is atrocious.

You need to watch more footy that doesn't involve Hull City if you think Brown is more likely to be dropped than O'Shea. I'm taking the whistle as tongue in cheek, it has to be otherwise it really calls your football knowledge into question. ;)
