http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/265065-Ronald-Koeman-s-greatest-moment Regarding Koemans foul against Platt, CBK put this up the other day, it is very good.
Update from the Jeremy Wilson, from the Telegraph: “@JWTelegraph: Soton planning more talks with Koeman who impressed in i'view on Monday. Good chance of appointment in nxt wk”
Interesting. Just feeds the fans a bit...the process is continuing and those who have impressed will be called back. Hopefully that filters out the riffraff!
More quotes from Ronald Koeman's agent, Guido Albers... "He wants to take a good next step in his career and put roots down at an ambitious club with potential." "That's definitely Southampton." "Pochettino has laid an excellent foundation. Ronald is the man to build on that further." Source: http://www.soccernews.nl/news/25599...hampton?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter
Camp Koeman are making all the right noises. As far as roots down are concerned then I can't see him staying here for much more than a couple of seasons if he is successful. I think we can all guess what will happen next, but that's the nature of the game now.
Great news and adds a lot to the likelihood of this happening soonish. Also its nice to hear some enthusiasm and positivity from Koemans end. Word bro!
Don't think Koeman's agent would make these sort of noises unless a formal offer is close. Would make RK look pretty poor if he doesn't get the job after appearing so publically enthusiastic
This is ambiguous really. If he puts the roots of an Oak down, he'll be here for decades. Hopefully won't be an annual like Poch, the Pansy.
If Koeman really wants the job and see's us as ambitious and believes he can take us to the next level. Then WTF was Poch playing at? We maybe have an ambitious manager of CL quality that wants to come here yet Poch bolted at the first opportunity. Can't be through lack of funds and/or ambition because I wouldn't imagine RK would be interested.
