I'm genuinely surprised there's a film about it considering how rare it is. I think there's been like 200 diagnosed cases in the UK ever. Likewise it surprises me how they write on some soft drinks drinks "Contains a source of phenylalanine" But yes, if it's not treated when you're a baby, it can lead to quite severe brain damage.... *cough*

I only take it before and after gym(which I do 3 or 4 days a week). A mate of mine drank it everyday and then carried on even tho he hadn't gone to gym for 3 weeks. He then wondered why he was getting fat....

On the protein shake debate. I've never had any, never will. I find it hard to understand the point in it because I'm fairly stacked without it. I guess some people find it more difficult to build muscle then others but I've always found it really quick and easy. I guess I'm just lucky. Plus the only people that I've ever seen have protein shakes are the douchebag gym lad types. The ones that strut around in string vests, flexing their muscles and only ever use the weights in gyms.

Well sure, if GTA still entertains you then this can too, but I won't be buying it when I can just whip out my copy of GTA instead. The hacking is fun enough, but not quite as fun as I expected it to be. Seems like it would start to feel repetitive very quickly.

The vests that look like they will fall apart any min. <laugh>
I use protein shakes mainly to help recovery now. I do H.I.T so need the extra protein to keep muscle mass and to heal quicker. Nothing wrong with protein when used correctly, plently of gym instructors use it as I did when I was one. But it's down to each person I guess.

That's a shame. I'll probably get it anyway because there's only so many times I can replay Fallout, Skyrim and Final Fantasy.

Nope it doesn't, it just got over hyped big time so people feel let down. Still a very good game with plently to do and I like the story so far as well.
