Does anyone watch Great British Menu... it's a bit **** but an easy enough watch, apart from the subject of this comment i.e one of the judges Prue Leith. This woman has got the most ****ing annoying, irritating voice I've ever heard, makes it practically unwatchable whenever she opens her gob.

Anyway, they're all cooking Cheshire new potatoes in the latest episode.

Yup, been watching it. Makes me fricking hungry though and then I look down at the **** I've made compared to what they're serving and feel inadequate <laugh>

Can you force feed your food to Prue Leith by the ladlefull, that would def be worth the license fee. It's a bollox show though, the vets are treated like geriatrics and the judging process is bizarre. All this high end dining pisses me off though... a carrots a carrot, how the hell can you charge ten times as much for one just because it's been served in plant pot or whatever. <laugh>

But but it comes with a fake letter home from a soldier, as in this year's WW2 theme!

People need to watch this brilliant stuff and Brit dramas are usually crap, this really stands out.

It stays that way until the last scenes of the final episode. <whistle><ok>

I was watching this in real time so had to wait a week between episodes... the tension.
