I don't know why but I read the Andy Walker article on Sky Sports, it reads like he's an expert of what Celtic fans think and he's a million miles away from any Celtic fans I've spoke to about the appointment.

He sounds like such a bitter man. I believe he has no friends.

Just after he's asked how it feels to be 4th or 5th choice for the job.

NEIL Lennon has revealed Ronny Deila was originally set to replace Johan Mjallby as his number two at Celtic.

The Stromsgodset boss flew into Glasgow on Thursday night after he became the surprise candidate to replace Lennon, who left the Parkhead club two weeks ago after four years in charge.

We really should've been like Manyoo and offered the new manager a 6 year deal. I mean that always works out ...

I'm not sure what Lenny's point is in revealing that. Seems a bit petulant.

apparently in his interview, he said he'd strip naked on the pitch if Celtic win the CL.

I like the cut of his jib

Lawwell said in an interview, 'Neil mentioned in an interview today that when Johan left, we had a chat about Ronnie, if he could play a role here. When Neil decided to go, Ronnie was at the top of the list to go have a chat to.'

    I love that guy <laugh>

    My my my...

I am quiet positive about this. I was worried at the short list. He needs to hit the ground running, bin the **** that is kicking about.

Hopefully he promotes some of the youngsters and gives them a chance

Craig Gordon is a low risk signing, he won't be on big wages at first, no transfer fee and a proven international class goalkeeper when fit.

O'Neill should have signed him 10 years ago and he stuck with Douglas, now that's worth a <doh>
