    Or the start of pre-season is an obvious deadline. How far back does this farfetched idea that Cortese is deliberately undermining the club need to go?

    Wasn't suggesting that he was undermining the club, but he was hard to please. Wouldn't put it past him to have stuff changed all the time...an architects and builders nightmare.

    Maybe, and I wasn't suggesting you think he was deliberately undermining the club (sorry if it came across that way), but others have. I think the main delay was the problem with the dome that unexpectedly needed rebuilding though (and the additional pitches), and I'm not sure Cortese's role had much of an impact there.

    Not particularly, the club are keeping hold of that for some of the official documentation and the like. Looks pretty professional for the media suite.

    If Saints are paying £30m on the new training ground and I think they spent £32m on SMS. I wonder which will generate the most revenue - bums on seats or players to sell.
