In my very first post on here a few days back i mentioned that one of the positions i would like to see cover coming in would be RB/CB, been thinking about it and seen alot of people posting on the "3 players you would sign" thread mentioning Micah Richards. Personally love him strong, quick, not bad on the ball and can head the ball. Anyone think it would be worth a punt on him??? City can just bring in anyone they want and therefore might let him go at a reasonable price. Quality if we could get him IMO. If not, was reading quotes online the other day that Carlos Cuellar wouldn't turn a move to Rangers down, again a player i rate, nothing special but plays both RB and CB, premiership and european experiance and at 28/29 bring a bit of experiance to a youthful team, but would he come to us? How much would he cost? Thoughts....
would love Richards but city won't sell, he actually gets games for them. Also they'll need his home-grown status
They are about to sell Jerome Boateng so it wouldn't be a possibility I'm afraid Stefan Lichtensteiner anyone????
