    Spurs shared WHL with arsenal in the 2nd World War and Arsenal agreed to put blue on all future kits as a way of saying thank you.
    It has never been documented as fact and I think no one will ever know for sure one way or the other...nice story though...if true classy on both sides imo

    Ronald Koeman has been appointed at Southampton. Real quality manager there and probably the coach that Spurs should have signed up in the first place. Ah well, let's enjoy seeing Poochy wishing he'd stayed where he was.

    Why do you assume that ?

    I remember him as a player and when he first took an assistant role with the national side at the 98 world cup. He's had a number of club sides since then, with various degrees of success. He won the double with Ajax in his early days there and just this season took Feyenoord to second place in the Dutch league.

    He's a solid manager and I think he'll do well at Southampton.
