    He's born for the instant media age isn't he? Actually quite impressive that he can talk for 10 minutes on something as essentially boring as football boots, which all appear to be identical and made of papier mache from what I can see.

    When I played football growing up, wearing a football boot that was any colour other than black marked you out as a flash git and liable for a crunching tackle within 5 minutes of kick off...seems all footballers are flash gits and liable for that first crunching tackle - no wonder we had so many injuries this year!

    Given the variety of size 3 boots SWP had on his peg i was surprised not to see the actual banana skins he wears in matches - they must of still been away for oiling...
