Personally I get the car down with family, but I know that people like Agent Bruce, I Sit Next to a Badger in the Leazes Corner and others get the bus to every away game.

Some fans travel by train, some drive, but the majority seem to travel by coach. Those traveling by coach, travel with the coach organised by the person that lives closest to them. Easier for picking up and dropping off. The Club have their own coach for the team so it's players and staff only on that one.

The people that travel with the same coach company for all the games get to know each other quite well as we always have a refeshment break on the journey and normally get tables together.

At the ground, The Toon Army are all located in the same area so the chanting is more in harmony than at the home games when some areas of the ground start chants different to other areas. Maybe that will improve a bit this coming season when the L7 group will link up with another section of the ground. ( After being relocated. ) There's always rivalry with the home fans when we go away and I think it's fair to say that we come out on top and outchant them.

I don't live in Newcastle, so car usually. Unless it's in London then I get the train.

Away tickets become available about two weeks before the games, ST holders get first chance, then they become available to members and then if any are left they go on general sale. Depending on the alloction allowed, very few reach the general public sale.

As soon as they become available I buy mine over the phone.

You're talking about going to an away game, right?

    1) Decide what game (I'd recommend Bolton, Blackburn or Wigan as a nice start - not too long a journey and usually good support and a chance we'll win!)
    2) Buy a ticket from http://www.nufc.co.uk/page/Tickets/Home or over the phone (you'll have to wait for when they go on sale to the public though
    3) They'll deliver it to your house (not sure if they'd deliver to Kosova, but I think you can pick it up at St. James' if you were staying in Newcastle)
    4) Book a seat with one of the travel companies and be on your way

Pretty sure Leazes', Agent Bruce, etc will help you with specific details <ok>

I never get the bus. Ever. One, it is too slow for my liking. I go in the car or minibus(that we organise ourselves) to as far as Birmingham. Any further than that then its train.

I know AB gets the bus and some people have no option, its safe as well, but I find it cheaper in the car, and if you book the train asap, its cheaper than the bus.

You know when ESPN/Sky announce the fixtures they're having on TV for September? Wanna book my train for QPR so it's not gonna cost me over £50. Shouldn't go to loyalty points should it?
2000 allocation sound about right or is it more/less at LR?

    Just found this actually:

"Away fans are situated in the upper tier of the School End, where around 1,200 fans can be accommodated. If demand requires it then the lower tier can also be allocated, increasing the number of places available to about 2,500. If the away club only takes the upper tier allocation, then the lower tier is allocated to home supporters."

So if Ashley takes ****test allocations again then only 1200 :(
