I really hope after the hike in prices that Allam is going to show a little bit more respect to the supporters next season. If not then I can see even the fence sitters getting a bit fed up of him. We never really know what is going to happen next.

I think that you have just about got it right.

I do think that we as Hull City supporters should be supportive of the staff of the club, for us if things go wrong we lose pride in our team, for them its their jobs.

They have to find a balance and if they say that mistakes have been made, we have to accept what they say and move on.

Not thrilled about the price hike, but if that's what it costs at this level we have to accept that. If we want to belong at this level, it's part of the package- even if wages are low here.

The rise was delivered with a customary lack of tact, charm and diplomacy.

It's just a shame that the name change deviousness makes people mistrust the club so.

You cannot take what they say at face value, unfortunately.

    I make no apologies here;

I haven't the faintest idea what any of this means, any of it.

Has it been changed on Googleface or Twitter?

Is Twitter part of Googleface or is Ggogleface part of Twitter?

    Does anyone know?

I don't and won't pretend I do just to look all clued up with this IT nonsense.

I had chicken salad for my tea and I'm f**king starving, I knew it wasn't going to be enough as soon as I'd finished it.

You see Tickles has the right idea, if you have chicken get it from KFC with loads of chips.

    If only eh?

I might treat myself to a bowl of natural yoghurt, some blueberries and a handful of granola for my supper.

Sometimes I wish I was dead.

Unfortunately there is an elephant in the room which makes life as a City supporter or a City employee very difficult. In an ideal world the club would invite all the supporters' groups (including CTWD), websites, blogs, etc to a clear the air meeting and map out a strategy for world domination. We have the best team we've ever had, a season beyond our wildest dreams on the pitch and a nightmare over the name change.

We have long term supporters saying enough is enough and not renewing their season passes.

We have the ridiculous situation were the name of the company is more important than the name of the team on material and the advert for season tickets doesn't mention the team.

The spate with the Council continues and may get worse.

Like DMD I don't think there is very much disagreement about the way forward that a bit of dialogue couldn't sort out. But Assem Allam doesn't work for the community and nobody tells him how to run his business.

Why would he show any respect to the supporters, they have caused him nothing but trouble and he considers their opinions to be of no value.

I don't think the chairman needs to personally sit with fans, and I don't think a football club can be run by committee, but if a systems in place where staff meeting us as customers could feed back up the line it'd be a start.

The difficulty with fan groups is they have a tendency to not represent most people. In reality, they never can because we're a diverse lot. But if a simpler system enables a broader feedback, fans feel less detached and the club can make better informed decisions.

My guess is that, with a simple system, less conversations would have been needed and could have been made proactively, than have ended up being made since the announcement.

I have lost 10lbs in my first six days of a ninety day fitness and diet program run at my local leisure centre. I was weighed tonight. The instructor said "well done mate", I told him that he shouldn't be impressed as I had told him last week that I was full of ****.
