Townsend would be great and he still posts about us, Dawson is so so injury prone.

Soop, you'll have to add Jose Enrique. I have it on good authority from my Liverpool sources we are sniffing around.

Released Chelsea defender Sam Hutchison isn't short of offers.

The Daily Mail says Hutchinson, 24, can leave on a free transfer and is wanted by QPR, Leeds, Huddersfield and Sheffield Wednesday.

Former England under-19 player Hutchinson finished the year with the Owls after loan stints at Nottingham Forest and Dutch club Vitesse since 2012.

From TF's Sky interview which Grifter posted you'd have to assume we are going for British players from non top 7 clubs/ Championship or foreigners who have been here some time and have shown they can cope with the style. And he certainly isn't going to have the Mickey taken again.

David Forde for your list Sooper according to NewsAtDen:
    """
Millwall keeper linked with QPR, Palace and Germany move
    by Staff (@NewsAtDen) on June 2, 2014 4 Comments

DAVID Forde was watched by scouts from QPR and Crystal Palace whilst playing for the Republic of Ireland against Italy last week, according to reports.

And in an interview with the Irish press, Forde has revealed that he has an offer on the table from a club in Germany.

The 34-year-old, whose contract at Millwall expires at the end of the month, kept a clean sheet against the Azzurri on Saturday in an international friendly at Craven Cottage.

Reports claim QPR and Palace were in the stands to see him in action.

The Lions are in talks with Forde about extending his stay at The Den but boss Ian Holloway admitted last week that he may not be able to afford to keep the goalkeeper.

Asked about his future, Forde said: "I'm in talks with Millwall, they've made me an offer so we're back and forth and there is a few others sniffing around."

Forde confirmed that he has a offers from overseas - believed to be a Bundesliga club - and added that he would "have no problem moving" abroad.

"It's still in the mix," he said. "I've got to weigh up the best options for me and my family. At the end of the day, that's all that counts."

    GetWestLondon have the same

"" David Forde QPR are keeping tabs on Millwall keeper David Forde as a possible replacement for Julio Cesar.

Forde kept a clean sheet for the Republic of Ireland at Craven Cottage on Saturday in the 0-0 draw with Italy, and better still from a Hoops point of view, is out of contract this summer.

The Lions shot-stopper will need to compete with Rob Green for the number one jersey, but would be more than affordable, no pun intended, in a new-look Rangers.

The fly in the ointment is getting misfit Cesar off the pay-roll permanently.

The man most likely to spearhead Brazil’s tilt for the World Cup in their own backyard admitted he swapped Inter Milan for Rangers in 2012 on the same wages – close to £50,000-a-week before bonuses.

After months of trying, boss Harry Redknapp finally loaned Cesar to FC Toronto in February. But the 34-year-old has another two years to run on his QPR contract.

Forde, however, admits he’s had Premier League overtures in what is likely to be his last big payday.

“I’ve got to weigh up the best options for me and my family. At the end of the day, that’s all that counts,” he said.

Rs chairman Tony Fernandes has outlined a more prudent recruitment drive that does away with mistakes of the past.

“We have brought in players who’ve been at big clubs before and we got our fingers burned,” he said.

“We have a different philosophy from this time two years ago. We know what we want, we have a list of targets that we think are the right sort and will add tremendous value to the club.

“You need a balance of youth and experience but you need to get the right experience - people who are ready to come down and battle.

“People who have come from places like Manchester City, having won titles and been in the Champions League, might not have the right energy you want.”

Brilliant, a 34 yo who almost got relegated, hopefully its just agent talk.

How about McCarthy from reading if they are in trouble?

He's a top keeper mate to be fair. Millwall would be relegated if it wasn't for him. I would feel a lot more secure with him as back up than Murphy in the Prem.

I thought after the season he had the Cardiff keeper must be on a lot of radars. Yes they got relegated but their keeper tried single handedly to try and save them, think he finished top of the keeper table in the prem last year for saves.

I'd hate to see either of them get a single minute of playing time.

He wouldn't be at Millwall if he was a top keeper.

Marshall? Much better than a Millwall reject in his mid 30s.
Butland McCarthy and the Huddersfield goalie are all good up and coming goalies.
