The media promoted 'Black culture' originated in a tiny village in SW LA named Compton in the late mid 80's, and is a subtle way of enforcing the belief to ignorant people that all black people are criminally minded who will stab/shoot you in a second, or sell you drugs while they beat their ho's to death over £10.

And yet if that was Maldonado he'd be banned! That surely deserves a sort of penalty, he completely ruined Magnussen's race.
And he got a penalty for what I still think is Kimi's fault. He did pretty much what Perez did to Button at the start of the race. It just seems like a name which has been around a long time will keep you away from penalties.
