Just to make it clear, that wasn't a stab at LUST (I have made them before but this wasn't one). That was more a stab at Cellino, I think he is trying to get fans onside so that the things he does don't seem so bad because he has explained the reasoning behind them in a way that makes sense to the average person when in actual fact if you take a step back and look then you will realise he's actually not done any good. This is all he has done since wrongfully sacking Brian in January because of the backlash he received from the fans.
LUST won't hear anything negative about Cellino just as they never in regards to Haigh. We can all make our own minds up as to why....
Really? Have you read the members survey results? There is plenty in there that suggests our members are far from convinced about the future under MC and i count myself as one of them, you right though you can make your own mind up as to why

The thing is Ristac, to be able to do their jobs LUST can't just go pissing off Cellino willy nilly; whether we think their efforts will be fruitful or not it's right that they continue to have dialogue with him for the good of us fans. Also, they're simply working within the remit set out for them by the members, and if the members are largley supportive of Cellino then that's the position LUST have to work from.
I am not doubting anything you say Simon, I simply stated that in my opinion Cellino doesn't care about anyone other than himself. LUST or BiG feel otherwise But the font of all knowledge wasn't aimed at you either despite you having the same opinion as myself
I was more addressing your point about us not hearing anything negative about owners. LUST merely express the opinion of their members, and right now the majority of their members are supportive of Cellino, whether a minority of us likes that or not.
Ahh I didn't mean it like that... When I said he wants a bit of positive publicity I didn't mean he is 'requesting' it from LUST and LUST should be more negative - I meant by asking LUST members to fill in a questionnaire Cellino is making it appear that he cares hence creating positive publicity and an "Oh Look He Does Care" attitude. Just the same as when he promised to buy the ground back and T/A the day or week after he took control, he never had any intentions of doing so, he just wanted to be seen as doing and saying the things that would get fans on his side and ask less questions. It doesn't matter what the answers were on the questionnaire, Cellino will still go ahead and do whatever he feels is best, Byram was just on Sky sports, didn't look happy in the slightest about being called in today. Right or wrong it is proof that Cellino cares about only himself. Again for the record I don't believe we had an alternative, I am all for giving him some time but we had better start getting some good news soon or he will have lost my support totally. The only positive news so far is we released the out of contract players, not a hard decision to have to make though is it. I am also pleased we have left McD go but again, I might regret that when the next guy comes in and I accept it is divided opinion in regards to McD

Exactly, it is a publicity stunt and maybe even an attempt to see how much backing LUST carries. If Cellino wanted a TRUE and general what all fans think opinion he could have put a questionnaire up on the official site.
Cellino made Cagliari play their games in Trieste 500 miles from home so their fans couldnt get to the games If he can do that to his own town folk he wont care jack **** about you lot
