Just watched the full fight again and it isnt a brilliant a display by Groves as made out. By the end of the sixth he'd punched himself out. He turned his back in the fight 3 times. Didnt realise either Froch wasnt way behind on points. 2 judges had Froch only 1 point behind. If it had carried on he would have been level at the end of that round. Groves had gone. Beat the **** Carl.
Once again Chazz we have a meeting of minds. Groves had thrown all he had at Froch and he was still stood there. They don't call the last few, the 'championship rounds' for nothing and Froch was the one with enough left in the tank. I've got Froch in either the 7th or 8th.
Would you go to this? If i had a seat in the first ten rows i would apart from that!! No ****ing way.
All whats wrong with boxing right there. Fighting a 38 year old who's only had 9 fights!! Pathetic did it last a minute?
Frank Bruno's big fight prediction Former WBC heavyweight champion Frank Bruno says it's too close to call. 'I'm standing on the fence, Froch is a seasoned professional and Groves is young and fit. I hope it's a good fight and a long fight.' Gotta love Frank.
Tyson Fury has offered his considered view: "Sick of people asking me about Groves-Froch. They are two 12-stoners, I'd slap the pair of them. #sizematters, it's all about the heavyweights."
