Blackmore seems to think he knows all the ins and outs about what's going on behind the scene, but never seems to ask any questions probing all the rumours about the board when he gets the chance!

Rickie's family and close friends saying online that Adam will have to hand in a transfer request and they believe he will.

They're all talking about Rickie and Adam both playing for LFC as if it's a certainty.

 

If he can't wait until we have a new manager then he isn't the local hero I had thought.

 

What difference is a new manager going to make to the problems that are emerging here?

I bet they are. His heads gone now surely, what with Rickie gone and Stevie G in his ear amongst others.

 

A new manager (if good) will be the contact for the players...he will listen and hopefully reassure them. They are basically children. He will also say who he wants to keep and to bring in. Very little good can happen until the new man is in place.

As for Lallana, hope he stays, but if he doesn't I want him to put a transfer request in...show who he is and not try to be the good guy in this. greedy little bastard deserting us when we need him

 

I cant hold anything against Adam for leaving this mess. How many years did he give us? Be grateful.

He has been great for us, but another season to get us over this is what we need.

 

What mess? The manager and one player have gone. It's hardly the end of the world. We'll get a new manager in before the world cup, buy some new players, and everything will be back to normal when the players return for pre-season.

 

Sure if you ignore all the Blackmore stuff we've been discussing over the last couple of hours. Ahh bliss.

 

I sort of agree and it's certainly still a possibility. But the gut-feel is we have a more endemic problem going on.

 

I have to come back and say that Adam stayed when we were relegated...so has earnt brownie points. But he wouldn't be on the plane to Brazil (technically Miami) if it wasn't for Saints...so all equal now.

So one or two players are unhappy they haven't been given new contracts. Hardly an insurmountable problem.

 

Yeah and I wasn't happy with Adam before that. Now I understand. It's not one or two players by the sound of things; it sounds a whole lot like the lot of them are not happy with how the club is run. They're a tight group, they will be united in these opinions.
