    Lallana can sort his future now by saying he wants to stay at Southampton.

    Hopefully this board can stay firm over this and make Adam man up and tell the Southampton supporters he doesn't want to be here anymore

    You mentioned "fat brown envelopes" which suggests accepting illicit cash payments, which would be risky.

    Nobody can say for sure but it doesn't really seem like something Cortese would get involved in.

    If he wans to go , he should have to hand in a transfer request IMHO .

    Then it will be clear , the club should still remind him of his current LONG TERM contract .

    This latest piece of information is pleasing. As I've said, selling him is not my issue. He wants out, well get lost. Selling him on OUR terms matters a lot - and there is no reason to sell him before the WC. Imagine he was the star of the tournament? You could see his price doubling. And if he isn't? Well, it won't drop.

    the more adam blackmore tries to indicate that it's the board to blame for lack of communication with the players, the more it sounds like the answers they want and aren't getting are about when they can leave.
