I generally agree with you but more because no one ever buys all their targets. However... Borini - £8m Assaidi - £4m Reina - £5m Johnson - £6m Lucas - £5m Aspas - £4m Agger/Skrtel - £10m They are reserved prices and that adds up to £42m. Considering the extra TV money for the PL plus the extra we got for being shown more than others, will we not have £33m to spend?
Plus the huge wages saved from Reina & Johnson who will be on 100k each. Lucas and Skrtel/Agger will be on 70k? Compare that to those players we're bringing in and you'd think they'd come on a bit less.

Well it would sort out the priority areas, LB, CM and CB. It also improves our depth and options up front. Can we'll have to wait and see. I expect we'll sign Vorm to.
I'd like one, but we have Flanno & Wisdom coming back. Kelly looks like he might get a chance and we still have Johnson (for the time being anyway). In an idea world we'd buy a 1st team RB, but I think a LB is more of a concern fiven we only have Enrique who is injured. A new LB means Flanno, Wisdom & Johnson can compete for the RB.
