I think the building has stopped. Why is there not a group building the upper bit and another different group underneath building the inside walls water and electric things?
Ah, but how do you know there aren't men working underneath? Besides which there's one poor bloke who's been slogging away for several weeks with the JCB getting the groundworks ready for the extra bit in the NE corner.
Looks like a pile driver going to work for the frames in the NE corner, and some of the temporary roof has been removed from the new old main stand over the weekend.
If you zoom in to where they are removing the sheeting, you can see the old terracing of the Main Stand. That is a hell of a lot of concrete to remove and you can understand why the demolition costs alone came to over £1M. I expect they will want to get it out of the way now as fast as possible so that foundation work can begin.

"Watford are still hopeful the new East Stand at Vicarage Road will be open in time for the start of next season." Wasn't it supposed to be open at the latter end of last season?
I hope this isn't some sort of omen/indicator as to when it will finally be finished, but there does appear to be a Xmas tree on the roof.... http://iris2.time-lapse-systems.com/watford-football-club-cam
Strictly speaking, no they don't - they're a bromeliad and grow on single plants. Big buggers though - about four feet high with a similar spread. They're very easy to grow, but slow to develop - a lot of trouble for a single fruit...
