It's a loan. Scenario: he snuffs it and his family want out. "Hull City owes the Allam family £100million" Not science fiction, is it?
But we didn't, because Allam gave Bruce what he needed in the January transfer window to make sure that didn't happen. And let's not make any bones out of it, if our end of season league form carries on through to next season, Bruce won't last beyond the end of October. I'm confident however that Steve will do what he needs to do to strengthen us in the right areas so that eventuality will not happen.
Geraghty didn't say "please" or "thank you" when he met Assem Allam. The Council want to work with Assem Allam not another investor. Eventually they will get fed up of waiting and develop the area without him. In 2017 they don't want the area looking a mess. The Council won't get rid of Terry Geraghty because he hasn't done anything wrong in their eyes. He went to the meeting and offered a joint venture to develop the area and the answer was no. I don't work for the council.
Its you who is blocking it out again What has changed since then? Point me to something provide evidence it has changed. Small talk in a backroom is not policy change, can you not grasp that. Its really not difficult. Go to one of TG's ward meetings and ask him if Allam is ever going to get his hands on the KC or you wont move Fair will you Terry? See what response you get.
Sam allardyce would probably be jobless at that point too for not playing the west ham way, but the Allams will like his track record of knowing how to keep a team up. It won't happen though. In Steve we trust.
He's never played the West Ham way but keeps them up. SB has saved the Allams' skins, reputation and money. They owe him big time. Will he continue to tolerate their ignorance and nonsense?
So they've done **** all since 2011 and will continue to do **** all, we all know it. Yet they want to work with Allam and the biggest stumbling block to that is TG who they are backing and who is Hull's sport and leisure cabinet portfolio holder. You know its more than please or thank you.
Facts statements press releases show me some. Heres my arguement. Not ages ago May 2013 http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/Brady-hits-Allam-KC-criticism/story-18913799-detail/story.html HULL City Council leader Steve Brady has today responded to criticism of the authority by Tigers owner Assem Allam. Dr Allam was quoted in a national newspaper criticising the council in an ongoing dispute over the ownership of the KC Stadium. But Councillor Brady hit back: “I really do not want to prolong this argument over who said what about the KC Stadium, however I do take exception to some of the statements made by Dr Allam about the council in one of today’s national newspapers. “I have said to the club that I stick by what I have said before on this. “If an offer comes in for the KC Stadium then I will put it to a referendum and see what the people of Hull have to say about it. “Everyone is entitled to an opinion on this. “To be absolutely clear – there has never been any offer on the table for the KC Stadium. Until there is, we are where we are.” http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/Spor...stadium-sale/story-13417465-detail/story.html TG Mr Geraghty, portfolio holder for leisure and culture, told the Mail the council must protect the interests of all the people who use the stadium and enjoy Hull Fair every year. He said: "We wanted to clear the air and explain that we have no intention of getting rid of the KC Stadium or the fairground. "We believe the land is traditionally for the fair and there is no other place we can put it. "It draws in a million people each year. "We want to safeguard the other people who use the KC Stadium." Now you provide me with something.
You haven't the faintest idea what Bruce thinks of Allam. For all you know he might enjoy working with him, if you have knowledge to the contrary please share it with us.
Really, so what do you think it was about? If all Geraghty did was offer a joint venture why does Assem Allam want an investigation? Assem Allam has said he found Geraghty rude and insulting. I think it was in the in depth articles by Angus Young, but I may be mistaken. The Council has shut Ennerdale Swimming Baths and looking for a site for a sports village. Geraghty has suggested setting up a limited company to run Leisure Services which could raise money to build an Olympic size swimming baths and a new ice arena. One possible site is Bond Street another is Walton Street/West Park if Allam plays ball. The Council donated money to the squash tournament. They are waiting for Assem Allam. As time slips by the Council will look for alternatives, especially if the answer is always I'm not talking to you.
Does the club not state it had no choice because the owner severed ties in . . . This simple, symbolic gestures, would have been more than an act of respect, it would Havre been an act of civility to the citizens of Kingston Upon Hull. Words are easy. Much the same answer as previously, but let us also consider the promotion and (proposed?) Cup parades; what about the folk who can't attend matches, are unable to queue for tickets, but the chance to join in the celebration would have included them? After all, he doesn't do this for the football supporters, he does it for the people of the city. What a ****ing hypocrite. He shouldn't get the lickings of a dog. Did you read the statement, where it mentions who severed what and when? No more to be said. Get back to the real plan, the real reasons for this nonsense and civil blackmail.
