Morning all from a mild and sunny part of France. Public holiday again today. Just had a look at the pictures of the East Stand, and see that the pitch is being taking up. Could it be that the company who laid it are reclaiming it as Baz never paid up? The local residents will be happy today as the piling rig is being driven away. A few hours of that banging away can send you off the rails.

Another good warm and sunny day ahead by the look of things. Yesterday being the 29th of the month the huge market was in a nearby village. Pottered along to see if they had a few plants for sale and came back with rather a lot that I now have to accommodate. Mme didn't really go with the intention of buying any, but found some quite unusual ones that she now has to plant up. Never mind, it keeps us busy, even if it results in a backache.
Roll on the weekend. Amanda hitting the pacific coast has made it a bit cloudy/rainy in land, which is much needed. Enjoy the weekend all!
Ak, Jaytab has been banned from not606 a million times, each time this happens he re-joins with a slightly different name, his main purpose is to goad and mock Leeds fans by glorifying the murder of their two fans in Turkey several years ago! We all know some numpty Leeds fans but that is beyond the pale!
