Celtic confirm over 40000 season tickets have been renewed , not a bad effort , public sale and naming a new manager should increase this number , thought the championship was the place to be !!!!!!!!!

Honestly speaking most in Scotland agree Celtic will win the League no matter who the manager is, what we should be looking at is the cup records of these managers as a way of judging how they might fare in CL or Europa as ultimately that is where they will be judged.

Most of that list have managednon top flight teams so would be interested to see who has the best record against the top EPL sides in cup games as I see that as being the best way to judge how they might get on against the top sides in Europe where we are pretty much the underdogs each game!!

Transfers seem to be a club decision so not too fussed on their transfer records.

Looks like it is now Roy Keane. Wouldn't be my choice but the players he worked with all seem to have good things to say about him.

About half an hour ago, the bookies moved Keane's odds from 1/10 back out to evens.

The Irish Independent is now saying that he's knocked it back.

The odds on Steve Clarke have tumbled....
