Iâm surprised that you havenât taken such a pertinent indictment of every HCC councillor higher, or to the national media. That said, Iâm grateful that you posted this â I literally had no idea. Iâm going to think on about this but I seriously doubt I`ll bother voting again now.
Nadine Fudge snubbed the democratic process herself, with that meeting she cut short so only her favoured labour politicians could say their bit, in doing so she snubbed the people of Hull. She deserved what she got - sweet **** all.
I suspect he actually means the current council leaders, but as is his habit he doesn't make himself clear.
Both. Allam has left it to his lawyers as he wants nothing more to do with HCC directly. Blame Terry Geraghty for all this bitterness. FACT.
Have I ? But AA is well pissed off with TG which is common knowledge. But he also said that he wants nothing to do with the HCC either. I suspect some middle ground has been agreed on where AA does not need to get involved personally.
They want Assem Allam on board. Eventually they'll develop the land around the stadium without him if they have to. They'll wait until they get a new lease before spending money on the stadium.
They need a partner to develop the site, they haven't got the money for a major capital scheme like this.
Mr Gerraghty is the man that seemingly scoffed at the need for a City Centre Ice Arena and Swimming Pool, not unlike the one now considered for Bond St.
Which was the lady councillor that opposed the stadium, but an election meant they opened it and had their name on the obelisk?
