A combination of new players, Powell learning his lessons from last season and a well organised and drilled defence will see us challenging for top spot alongside Sheffield Wednesday. Sheffield United will stagnate like we did under Parky; Huddersfield have had their day and Preston will fluctuate between mid-table and the play off places. Scunthorpe will flounder in the botom half but the surprise packages will be Yeovil and Brentford. COYR!

I wholeheartedly agree with number one. However, Imo it's far too early to tell if number two is the case. I'm encouraged by the calibre of player Powell has brought in thus far and once he has assembled HIS squad i see no reason why he won't make a success of things... only time will tell...!! The bottom line is that whoever manages our club is out of our hands. Powell is obviously the boards man and they appear to be backing him to succeede, so lets get behind him and HIS squad of players (not Parky's) until given reason to do otherwise.
If we sign a couple of decent defenders i'd fancy us to be up there certainly. Our midfield is looking good now with Green in there aswell
