    I would be gutted, but couldn't begrudge Rickie a last big hurrah. However, losing Shaw, Lallana and Rickie would be too far for me.

    i'd go as far as saying it's a disaster to lose lallana and lambert in one fell swoop, never mind shaw.

    Rickie said some months ago that he had never done anything for just the money but he had 3 children to think about. That was just before he was supposed to be off to West Ham, then Osvaldo left and he had to stay. I wouldn't be surprised if he was promised he could go next time. The World Cup is going to be crap.

    Turned on Sky Sports and now it's £8m - Great price still, but Ralph said no transfers will be agreed until the new manager is in place. I fear this one will rumble on.

    So now we can't take for granted any of our England players coming back
