The way we treat and help disadvantaged people is a reflection of how advanced and great a nation we are.

ps; Along similar grounds I would also outlaw all private education. All schools should be under state control thus giving each and every child a fair chance. The rich ruling classes have always and will always hold back great people because of their social standing.

    ***** alert <laugh>

They dont pay over the odds. They get charged over the odds you dunce. You're using privatisation as a bad example in favour of more privatisation.

    Never go full ****** <laugh>

I think it's a darn shame how the NHS is treated.

This was originally a fantastic concept but lack of funding over the years and better working conditions and pay abroad have taken their toll.

I've been in a few times to hospital and have always found the NHS staff to be fantastic.

Also, the NHS in Scotland fares better that anywhere else in the UK. I guess we're just better at running the show.

Possibly the only things I wouldn't privatise are the NHS and education. If you are healthy and well educated then you can **** off and look after yourself.

Wait until your the same age as Russ and ER, that's when they start ripping the hole out you.

You're bias because they've looked after your kid well.

Perhaps I'm biased because they fked up my granda's treatment and more than one occasion.

What about the principle of the government staying out of the market, they have no place in it?

People have a go about the NHS ... but in my opinion, it is really good.

yes, it could be improved but for what we contribute to it ... it's as good as it will ever get.
