Good Morning Everyone, Benito Carbone admits he has been impressed with the club's facilities, which he dubs "Champions League" standard, however stressed the Yorkshire giants cannot currently afford to run such a structure!!! If our facilities are that good, players from other clubs would be wanting to join us, and given the choice, why do players want to apply their trade elsewhere? It looks like Michael Brown will be going to Harlepool. I'm sure we all wish him well. A few weeks ago, a list of 7 or 8 players got released, and a handful of those players have already found other clubs. If we are (and we really do need to) release further players next week, it is going to take them longer to find new employment. It comes across as a little unfair. Look at Hunt, Norris, Poleon, White, the list goes on and on. We need to offload these players at the very least and replace them with youth. If we were going to release them, why wasn't it done two weeks ago? Those four players alone would come close to £40,000 a week. On a sad note, thieves have stolen football shirt tributes left at the graveside of a young Leeds United fan killed in a road smash. One of the Leeds shirts was taken a few weeks after 19-year-old Callum Wark was laid to rest at Rothwell Cemetery. A replacement United shirt was then left at Callumâs grave by an anonymous well-wisher but now it too has been stolen.
Morning Elland. Glad to see Michael Brown's found a new club. Maybe his next step after leaving Leeds being so low down is the start of his coaching and getting his various badges. Still think we're missing a trick by letting him go. But we may find we have a new enforcer on the way. You never know. Hate to say this Elland, but Poleon and White are our youth. Both will have to step up considerably this season if they are to stay with Leeds. The next crop of youngsters are filtering through. Hunt and Norris can go. Still don't understand how we are losing £1m a week? I'm not sure we could even blame Papa Smurf for this, as he apparently put us on a fairly even kiel. Either way, for us to move forward Cellino will need to sort this out asap.

I would have thought that he will have plenty of time for holidays shortly without taking them now I hope MC has a strategy to get rid of him on the cheap, a horses head perhaps, you know what I mean, why should he get £1.5m for doing a very poor job and poor acquisitions to boot .In my opinion only Smith is worth his salt and I would reward him with a long term contract the rest well Hunt what can I say garbage Stewart Garbage Wooton and Murphy need to step up to the plate but playing them out of position doesn't help
Morning Boggers, I liked Brown. I think he already has some of his coaching badges. He did an article begining of the year dissin the FA cos he had to take the course in Wales; something to do with costings. Can't really remember. 1m a week is crazy
My take on Norris goodbye force him out another waste of money White has had many chances if we can persuade Sheff u swap him for Jamie murphy Poleon I honestly think he won't make it so loan him or sell him why not swap him for Pringle?
When I have seen Murphy he has looked to have potential. Maybe played in wrong position is the problem, I think Cellino said as much

I know we are still in the 'you can't expect anything to happen in May' season, but next comes the 'it's only June and players and agents are on holiday still' season,, closely followed by the 'he was too greedy we need players who want to wear the shirt' season. I have become so cynical in my old age, hope Cellino is different

We have a bunch of players who we spent money on (Including extending contracts) who are not good enough and are over paid. So Hunt, White, Norris etc need to be gotten rid of, however it will also cost money to get rid of them. We need a clear out!!!!! Cellino must be pissed off with the amount of cash he is having to spend to just keep the status quo. He isn't seeing us move forward because every stone he turns over he sees more wasted money. I'm not even thinking about players coming in until I see how many he's got rid of, as its no point in just expanding the squad without shifting ****. Previous managers are still to blame (Including Brian) for bringing players in who were never good enough, and why nobody wants to pay for them now.

Fair points well made Doc. Still think White gives us something we lack considerable pace. Surely the trainers can train hm to go down the line and put the ball on Smith's head. It isn't rocket-science. On Poleon, when he broke through, there was a general expectation that he would star in the 1s team. Not quite sure why this hasn't happened. Maybe a spell on loan might focus his mind somewhat.
Boggers White as you say has always had pace, yet our manager didn't think he was good enough? he then went out and bought Stewart who is worse than White? So I have to question our managers judgement on top of his tactics and as this has been the longest period ever when we haven't heard from our manager I have to ask what the fook is going on. Every close season we here from the manager constantly about the squad, the pre-season etc, but we are only hearing from iL Duce' and Benny this year. If Brian keeps his job? (Dont know how with his results and signings) he had better be on his game because I'm sick of excuses. I can see many of our kids showing the senior players how to perform. We dont have cash but we sure got some kids who deserve to show us what they can do. Lets face it, it can't be worse than what we've been served up since November
See another of our signings has gone to Cardiff Le Fondre Cardiff have also signed Macheda so they are going about planning for next season in the meantime our Brian has gone AWOL he will have enough holidays soon enough if I was trying to impress my new owner I would be at work early every day sorry BM but please for all our sakes get another job
