You can stir the pot as much youse like, you're only going to get kicked up the backside more!

But - comparing McClaren to Hughes is harsh. McC has won a lot at club level, all over the place, and he even took that weird Middlesbrough side to the UEFA Cup! The man definitely knows how to coach a club team. It's very difficult to coach an international side, and we know how England have been over the past 2 decades with too many WAG-happy slackers. Besides, Hughes hasn't done a thing, hasn't won a thing, and never will!

The experience that McC brings will be immensely helpful. He'll bring us some European flair to the team, and he knows he can do a lot more with a team with whom he can spend every day rather than every other month like in the case of England!

I think we'll be alright with him. I have more hope than when we got Hughes. Hate Hughes.

I've never posted a Taarabt video before. But it shows his highlights of last season. It's not to suggest he had an amazing season but shows his potential to play there.

By the way, I wanted to apologise for a post a while back. I didn't mean to have a dig at you I just was annoyed at hearing the unnecessarily extreme views about him. I'm not a Taarabt worshipper but I do love him and am so glad he's QPR. I'm aware of his flaws but think he's one of our best assets. I don't tend to have a go at the Taarabt worshippers for their extreme views because I lean more towards them but I find some of your posted opinions on him out of place and unnecessary.

AWJM...you don't need to apologise to me mate. You are entitled to say what you wish and rest assured I will take no personal offence. Thank you for your public apology and it shows that you have some pride, character & balls..top man <ok>

As for the vid, I was having a stressfull day at work and our IT dept don't necc let you tube stuff through. Didn't mean to offend but would be very bored if you toned down the sarcasm and "pops"...keeps me intrested.
I have never doubted adels talent and have posted so on many times. all I have ever said is that I didn't think he would cut it in the prem...when we came up.
now without starting another At debate. we all have our own opinions and views of what he did and didn't achieve. no point raking over old ground really.
for me, I just wish he had lived up to the billing although I think he was built up so highly that he could do nothing but fail?
I agree, he is one of our best assets & if we can harness his talent,(again0 then he has the potential to run riot.
as for me, I tend to speak my mind (probably too often) but when I am wrong ALA Granero, I put my hands up. I work in a high pressure industry and don't believe in making excuses for mistakes. In my job, mistakes happen and I've instilled a approachable dimension, where staff can come to me and say they f'd up, sorry & we deal with it.
Have io time for excuses, or the blame game...so when I read some of the posts blaming everyone but Adel, it tends to (rightly or wrongly) wind me up.

I hope that makes sense and all credit to you AWJM

Anyway mate. Takes all sorts to make this board work & I don expect we'll ever agree on everything..but one thing is for sure. you have massively gone up in my estimations. got a lot of respect for your views now.....keep em coming ...<laugh> <ok>
