We don't know what's really going on. We are now much more high profile than we were, so prices tend to go up. Keeping real targets close to the chest can help to counteract this syndrome.
I think we should get into a bidding war with Spurs over Lallana, and get his price up to £35m. Then let them have him. They blew the Bale money, and let's see them offload their already overloaded midfield to balance their summer transfer budget. We'll take Eriksen off their hands for, say, £10m?
If Liverpool really want Lallana, then we'll get him. The only way Spurs can get him if their bid is accepted and ours isn't. Unlike last season, we have far great pulling power ... and I love it
We've also been looking at /scouting Rodriquez (Wolfsburg), Rojo (Sporting Lisbon), Erkin (Fenebache), Cancelo (Benfica) and Hinteregger (Salzberg).
its way way too early to get worried about anything. we won't go do a deal until at least after the us tour IMO.
funny as **** they was moaning saying we was taking the piss when it was suggested by them!! £20 mill and Borini ffs. who do they think they have, Fabregas or something no wonder eufa brought this home grown crap in, as they know we pay ****y premiums on any players clubs try and sign if they are english.
I've heard that we've watched Rodriguez but not from anyone reliable. But for the love of God, I hope we go for him.
