Who's watching ? Missed the last one 'cos of work but ain't missing this one, promises to be a real war. I'm going for Froch on points
Both of them are really unlike-able. But I like my boxing. I want Froch to win as Groves is a Chelsea fan, but I think Groves will do him in round 8. I'll be going down the pub to watch as I refuse to pay Sky £17 out of principle.
George might have missed his best chance in the last fight, I'm sure Froch seriously underestimated him and almost paid for it. I think Froch will be ready for him this time and will take him out in the latter stages. Is it just me or does Groves really irritate?...
Yep......
gone right off froch so I hope groves finishes the job this time. I fear though that he had his chance so I'm picking froch on points.
Boxing's my #2 sport after football. If the same Froch as in the first fight turns out on Saturday, I can't see past a groves win. It's hard to decide whether he aged overnight in the last bout, or simply underestimated/didn't prepare adequately for Groves. I'll always back a veteran Vs a plucky up and comer though...so Froch TKO in the 8th. ...That said, assuming Degale gets through his WBC final eliminator on the same bill; groves winning could potentially set up a bigger rematch with him down the line. Degale's a QPR fan (he's Lee Cook's cousin), and has always expressed an interest in fighting at Loftus Road one day. I'd love to see some boxing at HQ, and degale/groves holding world titles could be one step towards achieving that. please log in to view this image
