OT.....this mass murderer in LA

The jaw droppingly, astonishing plain fact of the matter is that an individual with a diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome and a record of being in therapy since the age of 8 is legally able to hold firearms.

Utterly beyond belief. FFS apply some sort of gun control, America.

Ridiculous isn't it? Canada has stringent gun laws and they rarely have shooting sprees. Nutters aren't aloud guns in Canada.

C4 did a documentary on the Mexico drug war a few years back. It's telling when they go to a random market somewhere in California, like the cheap local markets we get here in England, and there's hundreds of gun sellers selling everything from miniguns to .50 cal armoured vehicle weapons.

There's no ID check, no background check, no paperwork, no records. Just hand over the cash and walk off with a serious bit of weaponry as if you were buying a bag of sweets.

And it's not just the USA that ****s itself with it's ridiculous gun laws but the wrong people from other countries also go there to buy **** loads of weapons and buy their way through the ridiculously corrupt American border police then go and cause havoc wherever they're from.

The mindless, brutal savagery that's been cracking off in Mexico the last 5 or 6 years would never have got anywhere near as bad without the help of the USA carelessly arming all the different drug gangs. In fact the whole thing would never have happened at all had America actually got a straight border force who didn't accept bribes to move drugs and weapons each way through their checkpoints, but that's another issue.

 

Can't help thinking that all of this could have been avoided if he'd just set up a profile on Plenty Of Fish.

I find it pretty incredible that he posted a video online saying he was going to kill people and if I understand correctly this was at least a day before he actually did it. Yet no one saw it coming?

 

You would of thought he would be a good catch.

 

I remember when Piers Morgan was over there and was having a go at the gun control laws on his TV show and he just got widespread condemnation on it.

Now, he might have been condemned solely because he's Piers Morgan, but when even he is (amazingly for Piers) speaking sense against you, you need a good long look at yourselves.
