Should Ashton Road NOW be closed off before and after the football matches?

    I always thought it would be a good idea to close Ashton Road off before and after games.

    Now with the extra footfall heading away from the Gate

    Their will no no exit from the Wedlocks end with all fans exiting via the atyeo end

    Thoughts any one?

    Talk to the Mayor! He is very good at closing roads. How about a water slide there for the away fans?

    Only the immediate road at the back that runs adjacent to Greville Smyth Park

    It can only be the bit of Ashton Road between Duckmoor Rd and the junction with main road because the remainder past BS3 is a bus route!
