    What the **** has hungry people got to do with you, who spends a lot of time on other club's boards telling them where they are going wrong(!), making the following statement;

"Why the **** should any jack give a **** about how another club is run.. Its their business and what they do is their concern. it dont effect us one way or another because if they aer doing something wrong then they will get themselves in trouble...why would any jack worry themselves over that get a life for **** sake and worry about our own club..." - Dull Dai the wally extraordinaire

Just watching Sunday Supplement on Sky and they were saying that any punishment or sanctions The Football League were planning for QPR, due to their breach of the FFP rules cant now happen as they are no longer under their jurisdiction as they are now in the PL.

More proof there is no god. <doh>

Have to say I also find Daiswan's posts here hypocritical. He's been all over the Cardiff board lecturing them repeatedly on Tan but now he says he doesn't care how other clubs are run. Furthermore he doesn't care how the Swans are run either because he has no say in it. <doh>

Our Club has a history of the fans having a rather big influence on events behind the scenes - remember the Petty protests anyone? We also have a presence on the Board.

As football fans we should all be concerned about how the sport is run and in particular the flouting of the FFP rules, otherwise it's a free-for-all where any club can spend whatever they like regardless of income. If that happens it works to the detriment of clubs that a properly run, including ours.

Perhaps Daiswan would care about that.

The problem you have is the wealthy owners who repeatedly run at a loss. Man City have just taken a hit under the FFP rules but the fine is nothing to the owners. They have also been told they can only have a squad of 21 in Europe next season.
Chelsea are addressing their situation and may not get sanctioned, as for my team, hmm I wait to see but as we are no longer in the premier league we won't get sanctioned. Having said that a large number of clubs operate at a loss season upon season so it depends on the accountants looking at the clubs to decide, good luck to them.

But he does have a say , he attends the Trust meetings and as one of the Trust Board members he has a right to contribute to some but perhaps not all major decisions

We don't have a say lads. the club has a board that make all decisions. even the trust don't have any clout when it comes to decision making. It's always been that way and that is where conflicts start when you don't like what the board is doing or not doing...The thing is all decisions made are not taken lightly and not made over night and when they do end up making any decision then you can be sure it is made for the right reasons and the benefit of the club. I wish we did have a say as i would be demanding a lot more benefits to go to the fans for the loyalty we have given the club through the dark days of the lower leagues. We get nothing now the times are good and we are in the top 50 richest clubs in the world, Its not fair and morally wrong imo. the club should show and acknowledge some sort of appreciation towards the life blood of the club, the fans..

Like what ? the current Board took all the risks when they took over and now they're reaping the rewards , we have as Swansea supporters got what many clubs could only dream about ,stability , financial & ownership , state of the art training facilities , A category 2 Academy pushing for 1 status .A club entering it's 4th season in one of the best leagues in the world .Watched by millions , recognised by millions throughout the world .All this in ten short years thats good enough for me , just feel proud to be part of it

all to do with the club matt and even though we indirectly benefit to a degree there is no personal touch for all the money and loyalty we have put in supporting the club. There are many ways they can reward the fans like knocking off £100 off season tickets, it wont hurt them. They could pay for the away buses or at least pay half the cost for a season for example. It wont make much of a dent in the bank and it will show some appreciation that will go a long way as a club that cares about their fans....Its not too much to ask is it...

    You've not missed us then?

The losses mentioned refer to our last season in the premiership, they've been getting the high earners off the balance sheet this year. What we paid the likes of samba and remy last season doesn't give any playing advantage this year does it?

For the record I've never seen any bother with Swansea at LR, even after the 'Dowie' game. Always got on with the swans fans in the pub home and away.

    A bit holier than thou.

What do you suggest QPR should have done this season? Hundreds of thousands of pounds per week of footballer was loaned out because no one would take them for free. Should we be forced to never be promoted until we turn a profit? Would you have got promoted at a profit if you had paid fully for a new stadium or stayed at the old one?

Meh. Nothing to do with holier than thou. I think most football fans hold a similar view. The wages were a self created problem. QPR have breached the rules and are now laughing all the way to the bank because the FA can't touch them.

    That's wrong.
