No, it's not as bad as Carroll... because it's not my team's money being wasted this time! Seriously, no, it's not. Luiz is not worth £40 or £50million (why do I see both different places); he is however, a decent defender who will improve PSG team. Carroll was injured when we got him- and didn't really improve our team too much- we were better playing other players and having Suarez alone up top. Granted- if we played more like West Ham do now- Carroll would have been a better fit. Luiz isn't a bad player- he's just not worth anywhere near the sum of money offered.
