Right, this thread needs to be resurrected. I've got the house to myself for the week as my Mrs has ****ed off to Spain with the kids so I will be cooking some stuff and also watching TV and, well, ****ing but that's another story. So, for tea tonight I will do two courses while dining out on PGA Golf, Heineken Cup rugby and the coup de grace of the champions league final. Starter; roast vine tomato and red pepper soup with diced Haloumi croutons. Yes, it was as good as it sounds. Main; a massive big **** off sirloin steak from the local butcher, oven roasted chunky chips with green and pink peppercorn and brandy sauce. This will be accompanied by a fine New Zealand Pinot Noir but for now I shall just be chugging down some ice cold Singha. Tomorrow I will get up very early, have a full English of cumberland sausage, bacon, beans, egg and mushrooms before going off for some fine golf. **** you all.
