Having backed Derby and ATLETICO to win I suppose it was only right that I got them both wrong! However I thought that both the losing teams deserved much better results Derby were much the better team but I must say I was very surprised when the brolly man took of Russell and that real gem Hughes both were playing really well .is Rednapp a very good manager I have my doubts is he a lucky one yes he is for his team that cost a fortune both in wages and fees were totally outplayed Derby must be gutted as I was when we lost to Sunderland all those years ago but one thing is for sure they will be if they can get a winger and a striker the team to beat next season As for ATLETICO they were just seconds away from a famous victory especially against there illustrious neighbours who have always had the limelight thanks to FRANCO in the 50,s and 60,s when they were the best club side I have ever seen playing in a style that said if you score 4 e will score 6 very similar in stlye to the Spurs of the early 60.s a team you just loved to watch I felt really sad for the Atletico supporters but they will no doubt regroup and be a force next seasonand hopefully we might copy them and start regrouping ourselves and get behind Celino and whoever is the manager
I backed QPR and Athletico, but once Athletico scored covered my bet on Real. Backed the 0-0 2-2, 3-3 and 4-4 but only put a few quid on the 1-1 as odds are always crap
Good morning Elland to let you get your loses back I have backed Rotherham so no doubt Leyton will win against the run of play!
QPR got lucky, Derby wasted their chances ... Real deserved to win, much better on the night, oh and their success had nothing to do with Franco, he tried to use his "allegiance" to Los Merengues as a popularity ploy, just as Ed Milliband does supporting Leeds "For the sake of Leeds United he would break himself in two"
If he does you will get Roy to sort it out. We should invite Roy to ER for the Rotherham game, I am sure he will be wanting to join in Evans welcome.
