Agree Trundle but the significant difference is the millions Fernandez has. My point is the owner is ultimately responsible for the financial well being of the club, this was never a dig at the club but the irony of DB slating clubs whose owner use what they can to achieve, ultimately, personal gain. QPR will benefit by being in the premier league but Hernandez will benefit more financially. Petty was too stupid for his meagre (in comparison) input to asset strip Swansea. This in turn left you in the crapper and a stain on your history. DB also intimated other clubs doing the same (no prizes who he had in mind) and he holds them in the same low esteem.
Have I asked for an apology? No one knows the financial record for QPR at the moment, their accounts for this year will not be posted for a while, so your arguement is based on an assumption, it may turn out to be correct but equally may not.
I laugh sometimes at some of the quotes. What has been in the past has no relevance to what we have achieved and where we are today. and why should anyone be pissed off because QPR got a lucky break and played to the whistle and it paid off and won promotion, Well done i say...Derby had their chances and didn't take them but why should anyone outside derby give a ****.. I could not care who wins as they are not my team....
....Harry must have been on his knees praying all night before the game!.......................... I have to agree with you on this issue though, QPR represent all that is wrong with the game, and I hope they get sanctioned appropriately. That said I do not like QPR or it's supporters on here (Not All), and judging by the game today there might well be a God, as from what I saw of QPR, they will be the new whipping boys this coming season, I can only see them propping up the table. By the way I'm still banned from their board!.................
Phil what is needed is fr the league to put some sort of transfer embargo on them, otherwise Fernandez will just spend others people money on lots and lots of players as they have done the last time they were in the PL.
That's the first thing my boy said when they scored! Was watching it down the White Rose in Mumbles, the best team lost in my view!.............
Agree Phill, but Derby have themselves to blame really. I don't agree with Daiswan that we shouldn't give a ****. As you've said they represent everything that's wrong in the game. If you care about football you should care about this.
It doesn't concern finances for this year, it concerns finances for upto Dec 1st 2013 and we know those figures.
I did not like either club, perhaps Derby would be better for the Prem. Did not like them over Bodde, but QPR seem to flaunt the rules.
We will now have those lovely QPR NOT606ers to look forward to again So looks like we will have Leicester and QPR splashing the cash for next season. Derby staying in the Championship will be bad news for Cardiff's chances.
Why the **** should any jack give a **** about how another club is run.. Its their business and what they do is their concern. it dont effect us one way or another because if they aer doing something wrong then they will get themselves in trouble...why would any jack worry themselves over that get a life for **** sake and worry about our own club...
Not a club I like, and I'm not too keen on their supporters either, hope they get mugged every game next season.
Actually I am glad QPR are coming back up I loved the matches with them last season. As a side note with the state of finances I personally hate people being told how they can spend their money, The worlds gone a bit crazy where you have to leave people do what they want but cant do what you want yourself. I would like it though if money given to clubs with backers had to be personally donated and not any kind of loan to avoid backlashes to the clubs themselves.
So does this mean we won't see any Dai posts over on the Cardiff board going on about how they run their club? Just curious.
