With Sinn Fein having pissed the local elections here in the republic it all points towards a shinner government when the general election is held next year or 2016.

The shinners will be in charge both north and south and probably just ring each other and say sure lets unite.

A flurry of congratulatory texts will be sent and ireland will be as one.

2016 would be apt as its the centenary of the easter rising.

In 1985 they wrecked the place over the Anglo Irish Agreement, because Maggie gave the ROI a consultancy role in the Government of Northern Ireland.

In 2016 the Irish Government will be in Government in Northern Ireland.

    Lolz.

do you know Maggie instantly regretted signing the agreement as soon as she signed it...literally as she walked out the door.

I think it was Douglas Hurd who put pressure on her to sign it...

Sinn Fein will not go into government in the south as a junior partner, they will not be in government there for a decade at least.

    Slowly slowly boys.

You seem to be the only person on planet earth who's advocating an independent Devon, so I doubt that's true. Do you plan on basing your economy on selling cream teas?
