I've always admired Nico both for his talent and his cheeky attitude. I think this was all about a genuine mistake but then making the most of it. Very clever of him. Now I feel aggreeved for Lewis who may well have taken pole. Hopefully the situation will be remedied tomorrow and Lewis gets off the line quicker. It will certainly be a great battle between them.

Nico will not let Lewis past tomorrow, he will drive him into the barrier before he does. Turn 1 is going to be soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ugly!

Good. Only a massive Hamilton/Rosberg fall out of 2007 proportions could make this an interesting season. This is a decent step in that direction.

I think Rosberg will either bog down/ let Hamilton past intentionally/ or get hit by Hamilton. Anything other than normal lol.

To be fair, his opinion holds credence. A Schumacher fan would be the expert on such things.

Not entirely sure what to think! I dont have Rosberg down as that sort of guy and I certainly think he would be backing himself to go quicker on his 2nd lap.

Having said that, my gut instinct watching his steering wheel action was of suspicion.

    First corner tomorrow = wow.

By the way, Alonso getting within 6 tenths is an absolutely incredible performance. Never been a fan of him as such but he keeps on winning respect. Maximises that Ferrari.

Despite the controversial nature of the event that took place, and the drivers involved, what a well mannered discussion that has taken place today on here.

Easily could have been "ha ha Hamilton crybaby, eff off hamelots and deal with it", but nothing of the sort <ok>

I'm going for Alonso to win tomorrow, there's too much heat between the Merc drivers for something to not happen, my guess is Hamilton punts Rosberg off and gets a penalty. The Ferrari is always better in race trim, and he wasn't far off the red bulls in Quali, so the race should be tight.

This is going to be a massive anti-climax I think. They'll probably just follow each other round two seconds off the pace like last year. Ricciardo and Hamilton are more likely to collide I think.

Rosberg has been getting bad starts recently and if that continues tomorrow I think he might just collide with Hamilton. If not it will probably be a boring race with Rosberg easily winning.

    I agree.

With the old BBC606 there would have been about 800 articles posted about this event

In hindsight looking at Rosberg's interview it didn't strike me as a man who needed to hide something from the press, that taking body language into account.

    Lewis' on the other hand...

0:10-11 Clearly stress as he is biting his tongue and sucking in his lips which depicts suppressed speech.

0:12 Wiping his mouth so it looks like he is thinking more than anything else and trying to keep calm.

0:21 Displeasure or sadness with his mouth being turned down.

0:27 After he licks his lips again he turns his head away to avoid answering the question of accusation.

0:31 starts to take in a deep breath in which you can clearly hear, sigh follows at 0:32 which indicates frustration of course.

0:34-35 scratches his nose so he is lying in effect and bites his lip again, still showing signs of anger and holding his words back.

Other than just trying to change the subject at 0:42 he just repeats the same things. Again the usual code, these are not 100% accurate as body language varies person to person but can give a certain amount of accuracy.

Clenched fist on Lewis depicts aggression.

Also I'm not a body language expert I just do this for fun more than anything. Since Sky Sports don't have **** like not606 with this kind of angle I expect this piece to be on Sunday live TV...
