Leicester have signed Albrighton to a 4-year deal, maybe we can loan him next season

 

McGuire is a class centre back, not that we are in desperate need to be spendign money in that position.

And also I'd take Westwood and maybe take a look at Alex Nimely

 

I'd say that position is very weak, Maguire would've improved it massively.

Unfortunately it doesn't look as though we'll be signing anyone anytime soon.

 

Worth signing if Cellino was serious about improving the squad:

Goalkeepers - Westwood, Speroni, Pantilimon, the blind bloke down the pub (look, anyone is an improvement on Kenny)
Defenders -Gabbidon, Heitinga, Collison
Midfield - Rowe, Dikgachoi, Sidwell, Koren, Fox, Gardner, Gera, Parr, Gosling
Forwards - Fryatt, Nimely, Macheda

Any of these players would be more than useful at Championship level, but probably a wage too far for us right now

 

I would suggest suspending this tread for say about two months. By then we should know if well be signing anyone and we could then see who, if anyone is available. It'll just wreck heads all summer talking about players we can't have

Not saying it is a strong point of our team but probably not the priority at this stage, I completely agree that Maguire would improve our first team

I would certainly take most of them, just not Macheda, hes shocking
