Are Taxpayers suppose to pay for the Spurs NLD project?

    At the annual board meeting Levy advised supporters should lobby David Lammy, Boris Johnson, the Sports Minister and the Local Authority to provide some Public Sector grant support to the stadium project(NLD).

    What will happen if every football club in this country put the pressure on the govt. to provide funds?
