Long needed regeneration of Whitefriargate starts here. Another branch to tick off your spotters book. http://www.hulldailymail.co.uk/Boyes-open-store-Whitefriargate-Hull/story-21124763-detail/story.html
nay sir but the problem in the instance of kings and queens really does seem to imply that the language of the English forefathers has originally plotted to pass the order of which peasants of the 21st century can or may correct incorrect pronunciation of the shop/word boyes'
And where else can you pick up a 50 metre length of hozelock garden hose at them prices. My gardener swears by 'em.
I always said Boyses but then I grew up on Hawthorn Ave so what can you expect (I heard the bulldozer are generating that area currently). Last time I drove down Hessel Road I couldn't believe Boyes was still there and even more to the point it hadn't changed a bit from outside! Although it looked like Setams and Tony's Textiles had both gone
I think hull would be a lot better if they ****ed off the shopping centres and made a proper high street. There's plenty of space and the architectures all nice enough but it looks tacky with all the cheap/bargain shops occupying them. With it being the only city for miles tucked away in that corner of the country it should have no problem serving as a proper retail outlet for a huge area of people, even those on the other side of that bloody big bridge.
