Haigh is a tory and how many times have you seen them think they are above the law.
Sorry but he is vain/stupid enough to think he has nothing to fear from going back into bed with GFH.
Worse than, that he probably believes all his own spin about been a good guy and even if found bang to rights wont ever accept the verdict.

Aitken, Archer the list is nearly endless so here are just a couple beginning with A.

All the talk of who is coming in is well premature.......
As things stand it would be the first time in history that rats jump onto a sinking ship.

    Afternoon All,

I've never been a fan of Veg Varney, to put it mildly. I do however back him re. refusing to play. From a purely selfish perspective, the possibility of him getting injured during the match might have scuppered getting him off the wage bill. Not a risk worth taking. One thing he said caught my eye, & no-one has picked up on it. He said to BM - you've not wanted me to play for the last 15 matches, but you want to play me now as i'm about to leave. I agree with him quesioning this. What the hell was BM playing at? Why play him if he was leaving & wasn't worth a place over the last few months? Really strange logic. Either he's crap, you don't play him, & you can't wait to get rid - or he's great, you keep him & play him. Really weird, IMHO.

We were in an injury crisis that weekend if you remember. it wasnt as if had Reg said you know what Brian we both know I am crap so dont pay me for the last 15weeks/games. He took the money £12k a week was it? and then refused to play, there is no excuse.

Glory, the injury crisis had nothing to do with it. They could have played me in a wheelchair for nowt & I'd have been more use than Veg! I would have paid him double time NOT to play, just so we were sure of getting rid of him. I have no idea what BM was doing in trying to jeopardise the offload. Unless he knew Veg wouldn't play & wanted to fine him 2 weeks wages for refusing.

Your clubs looks very interesting TC,very high interest charged against the club with only the redevelopment having any hope of clearing it,only hasn't it all fallen through as far as Millwall go ?.

Losing £500,000 a month as well with no magic cuts to turn it around.<yikes> looks very bleak from where I'm sitting or have I missed something.

I guess Nillwall is a good fit for his 'Special Needs' portfolio.

Maybe he should give Olly the Wally some so he can sign some decent players instead of 35 yr old freebie journeymen

Now I hate comparing football with a real job, but if you had a chance of moving to another job and for example you refused to use a machine just in case it might cut your fingers off and ruin your chances of a new job, surely you'd be in breach of contract. Secondly, he could have got injured in training. I'm delighted he's gone, but I'm sick of listening to our ex players who are now whinging in public, move on and shut the **** up......:emoticon-0121-angry

So he charges himself 12% interest as do the other directors who have loaned Millwall money. From the outside it looks like they were running up a massive bill to charge to the club when the redevelopment went through.Only its been given to someone else. When all his appeals fail i see the receivers coming in.<ok>He is a property developer isn't he ? just watch him vanish when the rich pay days gone.<laugh>

Can you explain to me Mighty, why he would charge 12% and not interest free if he didn't have plans to get it all back.Think your little worlds going to come tumbling down.Celino can cut costs at Leeds and as the club with the biggest none parachute payment income we can do that.Looking at your accounts that's not possible, there's no option 2 only admin.:bandit:

You're not playing fair chesh. Don't think you're meant to probe into nilwalls affairs. You're liable to put a dent in mighty and tvs fun on here. Mind you it's not hard done. Thee are small grocers shops I know with a bigger turnover than the wallies

Chesh Berylson has stated he has NEVER taken 1p from Millwall and never will. but im sure if he ever decides to sell the club (and im sure one day he will) he would like to make a profit <ok> Or when we get to the prem he will take a little dip into the kitty and with mine and everybody elses blessing <laugh>

Now can you see the difference between our chairman and yours <laugh>

He is a shrewd, honest, clever, man thats why he turned down Leeds and bought us,,shame really cos had he bought Leeds we could have had Ken Bates, Cellino and David Haigh,
all these job loses and closures but aye never mind we will get over it <ok>
