I hear what you are saying but at 50 big ones, it all becomes moot. We take and we run. Fast. Same goes for Oscar and Hazard, the latter of which I would expect something in the region of 75 mill.
I'm not arguing at all that we shouldn't sell at that price, just that he'll show what a good player he is in a team that wants to play.I think it might be Hazard that goes before Oscar, he is obviously seriously pissed off with the way we play and for being criticised for not being "committed". Oscar seems more inclined to play our way. Will be interesting to see what pans out, but I am not over the moon with our creative players being sold. 3 of our back 4 are as slow as a wet week now, and are completely lacking in flair or the ability to mount an attack from the back. No doubt this is being worked on, so can't wait to see the "new"squad unravel. unravel.
40m is great business by us. He's far too inconsistent on his day to be worth that much. Had some excellent games for us but also some very good ones and i don't think we should turning down 40m+ for him. I assume that means we'll be after another CB. Wouldn't mind it being Varane.
Looks like we are using the money to go towards both a new CB and CM. Varane or Mangala look like the CB with Pogba and Koke the most rumoured CMs. If we picked up two of those this summer along with Costa I would be very happy.
Maybe Cavani going the other way in a swap deal....... This proves Mata and Luiz were offered to us in a swap deal for Rooney
