The purpose of this letter is to let you know that should you ever decide to visit Bristol, then you need not ever pay for a drink. 3rd May ‘St Daniel’s Day’ That is ****ing brilliant! I don't care if OTIB don't bother with that, I will! It will go down in the calendar every year. Just sounds right, St Daniels Days - St Daniels days comes around once a year on the 3rd of may. For on this day Colin Daniels put on a Bristol Rovers shirt, not to play for them, but to play against them... and in this shirt he struck a shot in the 36th minute that sent Bristol Rovers in to Non League football. Every 3rd of May, Bristol City fans celebrate as their rivals were sentenced to play the likes of welling and Gateshead. In the name of the father, the son and the holy Colin, Amen.
