You can explain anything anyway you want, still doesn't change the fact that every sports committee/regulatory body in the world is totally and utterly corrupt, and the more awash with money the sport is, the more corrupt it's leaders, only a naive moron thinks otherwise. I bet if I switched the pedestrian lights around you'd get run over first time the green man told you to cross.
I don't see what the fuss is about. If they have to be set a particular way then they have to be set that way. They have been given time to resolve it... nobody is being punished, there is no conspiracy, the sky isn't falling. It's not a big deal.
No one is thinking that. Everyone knows about the bizarre decisions that have taken place over the years. You just seem to think it's all suddenly happened to screw over RBR to help Mercedes. The real cash-cows in F1 are Ferrari. If the FIA/FOM were really doing all this for money, then it would be done in such a way as to benefit Ferrari (or help them even more than the perks they already get over the others)
I think I see the problem....... please log in to view this image Fixed! please log in to view this image
Miggins – apart from your obvious dislike of Lewis Hamilton, I agree with everything you say about institutional corruption. The IOC, FIFA ,EUFA, EU, Westminster, Metropolitan Police – they are all gravy trains for people to enrich themselves. But where would we be without them? You should study African politics. You get rid of of one dictator and replace him with someone even worse. So who do you think will replace BE? My money is on Robert Mugabe. At least he will pass the “fitness” tests that the FIA will no doubt will judge him by.
Maybe you should make the most of the library facilities at your college and look up the words “Satire” or “Riposte” or “Satirical Riposte” Maybe then you would review my comments in relation to the following view “get tarred with the 'Hamelot' brush unless...” “YOU VILL get tarred with the 'Hamelot' brush unless...” Is that not worthy of mockery?
Could do, but I'm just following up the Godwin's law on a simple level rather than going for gold. Maybe another day GramP, maybe another day. Sounds like a good idea though.
Technically we have to compare someone to Hitler I believe.... So I'm going for Delia Smith. LET'S BE HAVIN' YOU!!! please log in to view this image
[h=1]Red Bull F1 team says other teams are pushing flexi-wing limits[/h] Seems odd that they've only now been finally caught out. Someone was quick to stick all the knives in though: Mallya slams Red Bull as F1 ‘cheats’
Other teams may be pushing it , but RBR are the ones breaking the rules on it. Can't see what they have to complain about. If the others are doing it to within the tolerances allowed, then they're fine. RBR probably engineer the maximum tolerances in, so any slight defect will render them over the limit. They're tough luck for working right on the edge of what is allowed.
